This customer is our new customer, mainly manufacture stones into other products. The factory of his is a brand new one so we calculate our crane based on his warehouse layout drawings. Due to the customer's average working time and warehouse conditions, we recommended the LD-type single bridge overhead crane for him. And because of the larger crane's span, we cut off the main girder at one certain calculated point, which left bolt holes and bolts that can be bolted together without welding when installation. It's a very convenient and safe way to figure out if the main beam is longer than the containers.
The following are the advantages of LD-type overhead cranes:
1.Simple structure which makes the LD type crane very economic, also easy to install and maintain.
