This customer is our new customer, mainly produces concrete, cement, bricks and other building materials. The columns in the customer's factory cannot bear weight, so we also designed the layout of the columns and the runway beams for the customer. In the end, the customer also purchased 480 meters of crane beams and 1pc column sample.

2. The adjustable speed ranges from 1 to 10, which ensures cranes run steadily and reduces impact on factory buildings.
3. The combination of swing-proof technology achieves a high-accuracy position for lifting items.
4. Hoisting reels use steel reels; steel rope has a small deflection, which prevents abrasion. And the motor of the hoisting mechanism has a separate air-cooling system containing a thermal protection function, with a protection level of IP54.
5. It has a separate brake system that has the function of automatic abrasion compensation. If there are any special requirements, it can be supplied with two brake systems.
6. It's provided with advanced PLC automatic detection and a friendly man-machine interface. that can perform measurement, calculation, and monitoring of the performance, safety, and working conditions in order to ensure more safe and reliable transportation of items.
