Single girder overhead crane is the Nucleon-developed single-beam product with new Chinese low-headroom electric hoist as hoisting mechanism, which has the advantages of superior performance, safety and reliability, energy-saving and high.
Electric single-beam crane adopts lightweight, modular and parametric design. Hoisting mechanism uses NR mode steel rope electric hoist with superior performance and advanced technology. Traveling mechanism of trolley is drove by three-in-one drive device and the control mechanism adopts the advanced variable frequency and speed regulation control system.
It has the advantages of superior performance, safety and reliability, energy saving and high efficiency, low noise and environmental protection, etc. It is suitable for hoisting and handling objects in workshops, warehouses and power stations.

- It has separate brake system which has the function of automatic abrasion compensation. If any special requirements, it can be supplied with two brake systems.
- It' s provided with advanced PLC automatic detection and friendly man-machine interface. which can perform measurement. calculation and monitoring to the performance, safety and working condition in order to ensure more safe and reliable transportation of items.

Electric Anti-sway Function
Can automatically limit the sway of the loader in the process of handling, faster handling and more accurate positioning.
Multi-hook Coordination

Dead Slow
Dead slow function can ensure the stability of the control system and slow, accurate movement when the crane is moving and loading.
Multi-trolley Synchronization

Speed Expansion Function
